Avengers Half Marathon Medals Revealed

Here's some motivation to get us off of the couch.

Disney has revealed the medals for their upcoming Avengers Superheroes Half Marathon, and they may make the agony of running a road race actually worth it. The Avengers Superheroes Half Marathon, a several day event at California's Disneyland theme park, will offer a specially-themed medal for each individual race.

Naturally, the weekend's shortest race will get Marvel Universe's shortest hero, with an Ant-Man themed medal for the Kids Race participants. Next, runners in the Super Hero 5k will recieve a Thor-themed medal, which brandishes the Thunder God's mighty hammer and likeness. Think you can lat longer than 3.1 miles? If you participate in the Captain America 10k , you'll get a medal designed after the star-spangled Avenger, complete with Cap's shield. But for the true asphalt avengers running in the Avengers Super Heroes Half Marathon, there's the ultimate prize: An Avengers-themed medal. The medal will feature the iconic Avengers logo on the front, and smaller logos for Captain America, Hawkeye, and Black Widow on the back. Surely, that much star power will make 13.1 miles of racing worth it, right?
