Bombshells And Black Lanterns Coming To DC Universe Online

DC Bombshells and Black Lanterns will make their DC Universe Online debut in the MMORPG's 15th Epsiode of downloadable content, releasing this summer.

Episode 15 will feature "The Bombshells Paradox," an eight-person Operation that has players traveling through a rift in time and space to the world of the DC Bombshells to battle Talia al Ghul, whose attempts to alter their timeline and change the outcome of World War II has created a tear in reality that the players must fix.

The episode will feature the first ever videogame apperances of DC Bombshells versions of Wonder Woman, Supergirl, Catwoman, Harley Quinn and Talia al Ghul, each based on the popular DC consumer products line. The adventure takes players to new environment – the Russian Gulag and the Secret Munitions Factory – and beings the League of Assassins storyline that will continue in future episodes.

Episode 15 also continues the War of the Light storyline in "Corrupted Zamaron." In this duo mission, "The Black" has re-emerged and is targeting the Predator entity inside the Central Power Battery on Zamaron. Indigo-1 of the Indigo Tribe joins the War of the Light to help combat this threat. Players will help Carol Ferris defend Zamaron from the Black Lanterns and will purge the Black Lanterns' Corruption from the Battery. The mission marks the debut of the Indigo Tribe in DC Universe Online, as well as the first appearance of Corrupted Hawkgirl.

DC Universe Online Episode 15 will be available this August as a free download for Members and for purchase by non-members via the PlayStationNetwork, the in-game Marketplace, or for PC players via the DCUniverseOnline.com website. Check out screenshots from the new episode in the gallery below.
