Doctor Who Series 9 Gets An Explosive New Teaser Image

The BBC has released a new teaser image for Doctor Who Series 9.

The image shows The Doctor (Peter Capaldi) and Clara (Jenna Louise Coleman) running from an explosion. Seems their upcoming adventures will be no less exciting than their previous journeys.

After reconciling in the 2014 Doctor Who Christmas Special, series 9 will see the Doctor and Clara learning appreciate their adventurous lives once more. Of course, with Missy (Michelle Gomez) returning, things likely won't stay rosy for long.

Doctor Who Series 9 premieres Sept 19.
