Exclusive Archie Comics Preview: Jughead #10

Archie Comics has provided ComicBook.com with an exclusive preview of Jughead #10 from writer Ryan North and artist Derek Charm.
The issue hits the stands tomorrow, and features the beginning of a prank war between Jughead and Sabrina the Teenage Witch.
...That seems like a strategic mistake on ol' Forsyth's part, but we'll see how it goes.
"Redesigning her was pretty awesome," said Charm of Sabrina during our interview at New York Comic Con, seen above. "I wanted to stick to that Dan DeCarlo look and just kind of modernize it."
He added, "It gets really crazy in the next two issues and stops being 'real' in any way. I don't think you could do that in some of the more reality-based New Riverdale books." He said that's why Sabrina fits so well with the series.
The issue starts -- as you can see in the attached image gallery -- with Jughead's first date with Sabrina going very badly. In spite of the romantic teen comedy aspect of Archie books in general, this is the first time we've seen Jughead dating in the rebooted New Riverdale continuity.
JUGHEAD #10
It's Jughead vs. Sabrina! Jughead has encountered the magical force known as Sabrina the Teenage Witch—and he doesn't like it one bit! The feelings are mutual, though, as Sabrina thinks good ol' Juggy's kind of a jerk. And how do two teens work out their feelings? By pranking the heck out of each other, of course! Get ready for a prank war the likes not seen in this universe!
