First Look At Toyman! Supergirl "Childish Things" Photos Released

CBS has released the first batch of photos from the next new episode of Supergirl: "Childish Things,"

Kara does her best to support Winn when his father, the supervillain Toyman (Henry Czerny guest stars as Winslow Schott, Sr.), breaks out of prison and seeks out his son for unknown reasons. Also, Cat offers Lucy a job at CatCo and Alex asks Hank to use his powers to help uncover Maxwell Lord's plans.

In the comics, Toyman has gone through a number of iterations over the years, with a latter day version written by DC Entertainment Chief Creative Officer Geoff Johns which aimed to bring all the various takes into line. In Supergirl Warner Bros. says, "Winslow Schott, Sr. is a classic D.C. supervillain, a mad criminal genius known as Toyman – and Winn's estranged father. Toyman weaponizes toys to wreak destruction and revenge but is ultimately driven by one thing – the obsessive desire to reunite with his beloved son."
