Line Webtoon Launches New Horror Zone In Time For Halloween

It's just about that time of year again, where people dress up as Goblins and Ghouls, Witches and Vampires, and since it's 2016, Harley Quinn and Wonder Woman. You would typically default to breaking out the horror film classics to get into the Halloween Spirit, but if you aren't up for the eighteenth viewing of Nightmare On Elm Street, Line Webtoon has you covered.
LINE Webtoon has created a new Halloween destination called The Horror Zone, where it will be featuring a collection of dark and frightening stories in honor of the frightful holiday. The lineup includes popular titles like The Cliff, Dead Days, Elena, Silent Horror, The Vault of Horror, and Chiller. For those who haven't read Chiller, the Korean horror anthology was one of LINE Webtoon's first FX comics, which pairs the scrolling narrative with sound effects and music at certain points throughout. If the story wasn't already unsettling enough, the sound of scratching and foreboding music will do the trick.
The lineup also includes two new titles, Shriek and Unknown Caller. Shriek is an FX comic as well, but Unknown Caller takes things up a notch with an included augmented reality aspect that will utilize all the reader's various sense to create a one of a kind horror experience. Unknown Caller will only be available on the LINE Webtoon app, which can be downloaded on the App Store and on Google Play.
