Soccer Players Wear Batman And Robin Costumes To Celebrate Goal

Is the line blurring between comic books and sports? Several NFL players are known to be big comic book fans, sporting tattoos or clothing emblazoned with the logos of their favorite superheroes.
But it's not just American football players that are into superheroes. In the Ruhr derby between Borrusia Dortmund and Schalke today, Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang celebrated scoring a goal by putting on a Batman cape and cowl.
His teammate Marco Reus joined him in his celebration, wearing a Robin mask in order to recreate the dynamic duo on the soccer field.
It's not the first time that Aubameyang has had a superheroic celebration during a soccer game. Earlier this year, he celebrated another goal as Spider-Man.
