Warren Ellis & Marko Djurdjevic To Create DEGENESIS Graphic Novel
01/26/2015 06:26 pm EST
Comic book heavyweights Warren Ellis and Marko Djurdjevic are teaming up for a graphic novel based on the tabletop game "Degenesis."
"Degenesis," which Djurdjevic co-created in 2003, is a tabletop role-playing game that takes place in post-apocalyptic future. As players enter Degenesis' world, which occurs 500 year from now, they can form cults, clans, and tribes as they fight each other for supremacy.
According to Djurdjevic, who made the announcement on his Facebook page today with the above photo, his and Ellis' graphic novel will see release by the end of the year. Djurdjevic's comments also indicate that this will be the first of several "Degenesis" graphic novels, meaning that fans can expect plenty more interior art from Djurdjevic, whose main body of comics work are covers.
