Berserk Anime Announces New Cast & Theme Song

The Berserk franchise has a huge following and fan base, but the first season of the most recent anime adaptation has divided fans with a mixed reaction.

So when it was announced that there will be a season two releasing this April, Berserk fans were weary. However the official website revealed some new content from the new season recently that has created buzz between anime fans. The site showed off a teaser visual for the new story arc, and revealed the cast and theme song artists.

According to the website, the same group who sang the opening song in the first story arc will be returning. 9mm Parabellum Bullet are returning to perform a new song for the new arc's opening sequence, and the new song is named "Sacrifice".

The ending song will be preformed by Nagi Yanagi and Yoshino Nanjo, and is named "Everything is the Story. Susumu Hirasawa will also be returning for insert songs during the show.

The second season and new story arc will be releasing in April. This will be the second season following the 2016 cliff hanger ending. The first season followed the Conviction story arc.
