Recently, a short blurb about the anime was published in an anime magazine abroad. Thanks to the YG Organization, the information has been translated into English, allowing foreign fans to learn one interesting fact about the show's protagonist Fujiki Yusaku.

In VRAINS, the quiet lead will be a Duel Monsters player like his predecessors, but there is also another surprising fact about him; Yusaku is also a talented hacker. The blurb did not say much how Yusaku hacks in particular, but it does say he "solves mysterious as a hacker in a cool manner." There is indication whether the lead uses his hi-tech skills for good or bad, but fans are thinking it is for the former. After all, Yusaku has been described as a timid protagonist who isn't fond of the limelight.

When VRAINS makes it debut, the anime will introduce more than just a new lead. Yu-Gi-Oh! will also show off a new form of dueling which involves plenty of virtual reality tech. Duels will not be held in virtual reality arenas, and Yusaku will get a sweet transformation when he gets ready to fight. Not only does the hero's hair change color but his outfit will take on a sleek new look. The character will also do his dueling some a levitating hover-board similar to Marvel's Silver Surfer.

And, of course, new Duel Monsters will be brought to the show as well. VRAINS' key creature is called "Decode Talker," and a key visual of the monster can be seen here.

So, what do you think? Does the new visual for Yu-Gi-Oh! VRAINS make you hype for the anime?
