The team up of the century is happening in KFC #3: Across the Universe when Green Lantern and Colonel Sanders undertake a quest to recover the treasured Chicken Zingers.
It's not a power battery mind you, but the Colonel's Chicken is probably more appreciated than the Green Lantern Corps, and is possibly even a matter of global security. It makes sense that the Green Lanterns would get involved.
