Claudio Sanchez is back with another journey into the world of The Amory Wars, the same world he sings about as frontman of rock band Coheed and Cambria.

This week sees the release of The Amory Wars: Good Apollo, I'm Burning Star IV #1, the first part of the 12-issue fourth chapter of The Amory Wars saga.

In the video above, Sanchez discusses the new volume and how introduces an entirely new layer to the mythology of The Armory Wars by introduces The Writer.

"In the previous stories there's always a mention of a god type figure and a riddle that all of the inhabitants of Heaven's Fence have to sort of abide by," Sanchez explains. "We learn in Good Apollo #1 that godlike figure is actually this writer who is experiencing this heartbreak that is making him lose his way and in his absence, the characters are starting to develop the idea of free will, that maybe the prophecies that they're supposed to abide by are malleable."
