The next animated film from WB Animation and DC Entertainment, Batman: Return of the Caped Crusaders, has already gotten people excited, thanks to the return of Adam West as Batman, Burt Ward as Robin, and Julie Newmar as Catwoman. The trio will voice their old characters in an all-new adventure told in the vein of the classic 60s live-action TV show they all starred in.

Now we know that Return of the Caped Crusaders will have its World Premiere at New York Comic Con on Thursday, October 6 from 5:30-7:30 p.m. at the Main Stage of The Javits Center. The panel, hosted by Warner Bros. Home Entertainment, will include Adam West, director Rick Morales, and screenwriters/producers Michael Jelenic and James Tucker. WB Animation president and EP Sam Register will moderate the panel, which will be held directly after the world premiere screening of the film.

The world of Batman has been explored and expanded in recent years via the digital-first comic, Batman '66. That comic has told new, original stories in the method of the show, similar to this animated film.

In Batman: Return of the Caped Crusaders, Batman and Robin team-up once again to take down Penguin, The Joker, Riddler, and Catwoman. Their adventure sends them into outer space and down into the depths of Gotham City alike. The movie hits digital HD on October 11, 2016, and comes to Blu-ray and DVD November 1, 2016.
