Agents of SHIELD Meets Arrow in New AT&T Commercial

The power of playing a superhero is such that actors' interactions outside of their respective TV shows and movies still plays as a nice winking Easter egg to fans.

Two of the biggest superhero TV shows on air right now are no doubt Marvel's Agents of SHIELD and DC's Arrow. Well as you can see in the fun little commercial above, AoS star Chloe Bennet (aka Quake) and former Arrow regular Colton Haynes (aka Arsenal) got together and had a little fun with social media over brunch.

Admittedly, the ad itself is kind of tongue-in-cheek silly (or eye-roll silly, depending how you feel), but the message behind it is pretty solid: we all need to be less distracted with our phones. As stated, just a nice little meta moment for superhero fans to geek over ("OMG! Arsenal and Quake had brunch, tee-hee!"), while non-superhero fans will wonder what the fuss is about.

Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. returns Tuesday January 10th. Arrow will be back on Wednesday January 25th.
