David S. Goyer Already Told Fans How He Would Do Green Lantern

Yesterday, Man of Steel co-writer David S. Goyer was named as one of the writers for Green Lantern Corps, the planned 2020 reinvention of the ring-slinging superhero franchise...but he's already revealed how he would "do" a Green Lantern movie.
Three years ago, during a Reddit AMA, a fan asked Goyer how he would have done a Green Lantern film, in light of the then-recent failure of director Martin Campbell's first attempt at the character.
"Better," Goyer answered, with no elaboration on the point.
And while this AMA seems to have taken place prior to the release of the controversial Man of Steel, Goyer still attracted a few snarky comments about his work on Blade Trinity and Nick Fury: Agent of SHIELD.
Yesterday, fans got the first concrete details about Green Lantern Corps. Those details included the two lead characters of the film (Hal Jordan and John Stewart), the storyline ("Lethal Weapon in space"), and script team (Goyer and newcomer Justin Rhodes).
No casting has been announced, and no timeline to begin production has even been teased. The film is reportedly due in theaters in 2020.
