DC has provided ComicBook.com with an exclusive preview of Superman #16, due in stores next week from writer Peter J. Tomasi; pencillers Tony Daniel and Clay Mann; inkers Sandu Floreau and Seth Mann; and colorist John Kalisz.

The issue is the conclusion of "Multiplicity," a follow-up to Grant Morrison's The Multiversity which saw Supermen from throughout the multiverse hunted and the Man of Steel from the main DC Universe standing between his counterparts and oblivion.

Among others, the series guest-starred the Superman from Superman: Red Son, Captain Carrot, and Justice Incarnate, the team introduced in The Multiversity.

The main cover of the issue, with art by Reis, feels evocative of one of the last big battles between the DC Universe and the Anti-Monitor in Crisis on Infinite Earths, except of course that it's all different versions of Superman swirling around the threat here.

You can check out the preview pages in the attached gallery, and the solicitation text below.

"MULTIPLICITY" finale! Superman, New Super-Man and Justice Incarnate make their last stand against their multiverse-spanning foe, and the Man of Steel discovers another clue to the truth of his existence.

Superman #16 hits the stands on Wednesday. You can pre-order a copy to pick up at your local comic book shop or pre-order a digital copy here.
