Batman: The Killing Joke is one of the most sought-after graphic novels of all time, rightfully so - the story penned by the legendary Alan Moore with art by Brian Bolland is one for the ages.

Although the one-shot graphic novel was released 1988, it was so popular among fans that the animation arm of Warner Brothers released an animated movie last year featuring fan favorite voice actors Kevin Conroy as Batman and Mark Hammill as the Joker.

Under a year later from the release of the animated movie, the good folks over at Kotobukiya have released pictures of a second-edition statue featuring the Clown Prince himself. The statue is based off the iconic cover of The Killing Joke, which features the Joker taking holding a camera, taking a picture.

The base is unique to this statue and pays homage to the Joker's previous identity as the original Red Hood.

The statue, a part of Kotobukiya's ARTFX line, is sculpted in 1/6th scale, meaning the statue will be right around 12 inches tall from its base to the top of the statue. It's currently available for pre-order through the Kotobukiya website and you can see images of the statue from various angles in the gallery below.
