"The New Rogues" Synopsis Brings The Top and Mirror Master to The Flash

The CW has released the official synopsis for "The New Rogues," the fourth episode of The Flash's third season.
The episode will feature the return of Captain Cold (Wentworth Miller), whose character seemingly died on DC's Legends of Tomorrow last season but who then signed on as a "series regular" across all four Arrowverse shows.
In the comics, "The New Rogues" was a team of crooks assembled by Penguin and outfitted with the weaponry of Flash's Rogues, who were either missing or in prison at the time. The concept didn't really take hold, and it wasn't long before the original Rogues reappeared and easily defeated (and killed) their would-be successors.

WENTWORTH MILLER RETURNS AS CAPTAIN COLD; MIRROR MASTER AND THE TOP BATTLE WITH THE FLASH — Barry (Grant Gustin) continues to train Jesse (guest star Violett Beane) and when a new meta human, Mirror Master (guest star Grey Damon), appears on the scene he lets her tag along. Mirror Master has teamed up with his old partner, Top (guest star Ashley Rickards), and is looking for Snart (Wentworth Miller) to even a score. Jesse is quick to join the chase but defies one of Barry's orders which results in disastrous consequences.

The Flash airs at 8 p.m. ET/PT on Tuesdays on The CW. "The New Rogues" will debut on October 25.
