Vincent D'Onofrio Wants To Appear In The DCEU

Two of the largest shared universes around right now are the Marvel Cinematic Universe and the DC Extended Universe. And while some of Marvel's film stars have joked about their inability to share actors with the DCEU, one of its television stars is open to doing just that.

Vincent D'Onofrio has become beloved by Marvel fans for his portrayal as Wilson Fisk/Kingpin on Marvel and Netflix's Daredevil. But the actor has made a name for himself in many other projects - and would be willing to add a DCEU film among them, according to a recent tweet.

There's certainly been an increase in actors hopping from superhero cinematic universes to another. Michael B. Jordan has gone from 20th Century Fox's Fantastic Four to playing the villain in MCU's upcoming Black Panther. And Josh Brolin, who plays the MCU's biggest villain, Thanos, will step into Fox's X-Men universe soon in Deadpool 2. And another Marvel Television star, Rosario Dawson, will star in Fox's upcoming New Mutants.

With that level of precedence, it's certainly possible for D'Onofrio to make an appearance in any of the DCEU's upcoming films. What DC Comics role the multifaceted actor would play is a whole other mystery.
