Final Fantasy XII: The Zodiac Age Coming to PC

Originally released in July of last year for PlayStation 4, Final Fantasy XII: The Zodiac Age is a re-release of the original PlayStation 2-era Final Fantasy game, giving it another shot at love among players with new, gorgeous graphics and add-ons. Now, according to Square Enix, the game is also coming to PC via Steam, with enough additional content to make any long-time fan happy.

Along with the game's release on February 1st, the minds behind the game will be doing a special Q&A live stream to fill players in on everything that's new, the making of the game, and the process of its revival. Producer Hiroaki Kato and director Takashi Katano will answer questions submitted through Twitter on the official Final Fantasy YouTube account on February 2nd, a day after the game's release.

The game will feature plenty of upgrades and additional content, including:

But, of course, there's more: first, players who buy the game through Steam within a week of its launch will receive even more bonus content, including a 3-track digital complication, a pretty new Steam skin, and 20% off of the purchase price.

Finally, a physical collector's edition of the game will be made available for purchase at $149.99, and it will include a digital download code for the game, an official Collector's Edition Steelbook that comes with the original soundtrack, a five-piece Judge Masters Bust Set, and a special six-card art set.

Final Fantasy XII: The Zodiac Age is available for PlayStation 4 and will release on PC on February 1st.
