League of Legends Champion, Skin, and Early Sales are Live

Plenty of discounts are live in League of Legends as of Friday with the traditional champion and skin sales as well as early sales for newer skins all becoming available on the same day.

While the normal eight-part champion and skins sales usually rotate every couple of days, Friday's routine sales came with three additional skins, all of them from the Blood Moon skin line, that have gone on sale early. With all the skins and champions available at the same time, there are discounts available across all roles.

Below are the normal sales as well as the more expensive early sales, all of which will be available from Aug. 25-28.

Early Sales:

From the top lane to the jungle to the mid lane, the normal skin sales offer a couple of different options for players with the majority of the deals going towards the jungle. The Commando skin line is pretty cheap anyways, but Garen's deeper discount makes it the time to invest in the skin if you've been putting off a purchase. Dr. Mundo and Shyvana have both been performing decently in the jungle lately, so outfitting them with a new skin might not be a bad idea either, but if you're looking for a Twisted Fate skin, you'd be hard-pressed to pick his Musketeer cosmetic over the Blood Moon variation that's also on sale.

The champion sales focus on the lower half of the map with some mid laners, ADCs, and Vel'Koz flexing into the support role. Zed and Vel'Koz are the most expensive champions normally, so their discounts make them decent additions to your champion pool if you've got some extra RP laying around.

If you're not familiar with the early sales, they usually target high-priced skins that were released within the past couple of months. Skins don't usually go on sale until they've been out for a full year, but the early sales give players a chance to get them at a discount without having to wait so long.

All the skins and champions listed above are on sale now and will be available until Aug. 28.
