LEGO Marvel Super Heroes 2 Full-Length Reveal Trailer Released

TT Games and Warner Bros. have finally released the full-length reveal trailer for LEGO Marvel Super Heroes 2, and it's so much fun. Watch above to get a first look at our new cast.

At the end of the trailer you'll see a launch date of November 14, 2017; that'll be here before you know it. While the trailer definitely capitalizes on the recent Guardians of the Galaxy hype, starring Groot and Rocket primarily, we have fly-by and swing-by cameos from a bunch of our favorite heroes. See some action-packed screenshots in the gallery below.

"LEGO Marvel Super Heroes 2 is an all-new, epic adventure and sequel to the smash hit, LEGO Marvel Super Heroes. This original branching storyline, co-written by comic book veteran Kurt Busiek, transports players into a cosmic battle across a myriad of Marvel locations ripped from time and space into the incredible open hub world of Chronopolis. Packed with signature LEGO humor for fans of all ages, gamers will go head-to-head with the time-travelling Kang the Conqueror through Ancient Egypt, The Old West, Sakaar, New York City in 2099 and many other Marvel settings.

"LEGO Marvel Super Heroes 2 will be available starting November 14, 2017 for PlayStation 4, Xbox One , and PC."

If any of you saw the original reveal trailer earlier in the week, you may remember that WB had originally stated that the PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC versions of the game would be coming on November 14, but the Nintendo Switch version was slated simply for the "holiday." We assumed that WB and TT Games needed a little bit of extra time to polish up the Nintendo Switch version, but that no longer seems to be the case.

And this won't be a rush job, either. The Nintendo Switch versino of LEGO City Undercover is hailed by many as the definitive version of the game, not only for its portability, but also for its performance. While no one will try to convince you that the Switch is as powerful as a PS4 or Xbox One, the Nintendo Switch version of LEGO City Undercover was impressively optimized and runs more smoothly on the Switch than on the Xbox One at times.

We think LEGO Marvel Super Heroes 2 is going to look great on Nintendo's new console, and we're so glad to see that it will have launch date parity with the other versions. Stay tuned to WWG for more info.
