The new gameplay trailer for Marvel vs. Capcom Infinite has officially dropped, and we can finally see the reveal of series favorite Spider-Man, along with Haggar, Frank West, Nemesis, and Gamora in glorious HD. We also see, for the very first time, the Mind Stone in action. Check out the trailer above.

The Marvel vs. Capcom Infinite roster is finally beginning to take shape and resemble what we'd consider to be a respectable launch lineup. Things were looking a little thin at the outset, and we were worried that all of our favorite characters would be locked behind some DLC paywalls, but now that Spider-Man is here I can rest easy (even though he's generally a low-tier character). Now all we need is a few X-Men, Marvel. Let's get Gambit back in the game and I can relive my childhood.

The Mind Stone looks like it has the potential to completely shift the tide of a match depending on the person wielding it and how much damage they can do if given an opening. When you use the Mind Stone your opponent will be temporarily stunned and left completely open to attack. The Mind Stone's Infinity Storm will max our your meter, giving you full bars. Either way, it's bad news for your opponent, of for you if you're battling someone using the Mind Stone.

This trailer also gives us our first good look at Gamora in action. We saw her play a bit in some EVO matches, but when you're playing against other competitive players sometimes you don't get to pull off all of the flashy stuff. We get to see Gamora go all-out with her blade and his pistols, and her combos are graceful and deadly.

What did you guys think of the reveals? Are there any huge Frank West or Nemesis fans out there relieved to see them in-game? We haven't seen a lot of love for Nemesis around the 'net since we discovered who our new characters were going to be. Who are you still waiting for? Let us know on Facebook or Twitter.
