'Deadpool 2' Trailer Released
11/15/2017 09:44 am EST
You can watch it for yourself in the video above.
The original's trademark self-deprecating and self-referential humor seems to be completely intact, which will put plenty of fans at ease after the creative upheaval the film went through towards the beginning of its life. Original director Tim Miller left due to creative differences with Ryan Reynolds, but it appears David Leitch and Reynolds quickly got on the same page.
Old favorites like Weasel, Negasonic Teenage Warhead, Vanessa, Colossus, and Blind Al join newcomers like Cable (Josh Brolin) and Domino (Zazie Beetz), and Deadpool's trusty sidekick Dopinder is ready for action once again as well.
Things are shaping up to be insane, and if the first trailer is any indication, it looks like fans are in for an immensely entertaining return to Deadpool's world.
Deadpool 2 currently enjoys a 4.09 out of 5 on ComicBook.com's anticipation rankings, and you can vote on those here.
Deadpool 2 hits theaters on June 1, 2018.
