Kevin Conroy might be best known for bringing DC Comics' Caped Crusader to life, but he's willing to lend his talents to other superhero enterprises.

Conroy recently sat down with ComicBook.com to discuss his long history of portraying Batman in various DC animated properties. We asked Conroy if he would ever be interested in appearing in a Marvel animated property, and he seemed very on board with the idea. Check it out above!

"Of course!" Conroy revealed. "I'm an actor. Actors want challenges, they want to be stretched."

It sounds like Conroy is already challenging himself as a voice actor, as he teased a new mystery role he is taking on.

"I have a new character that I'm introducing." Conroy revealed. "I'm not allowed to mention what it's on, but it's on a different show."

While audience primarily know Conroy for portraying one of pop culture's biggest heroes, this new part will see him playing an antagonist.

"This new character I'm doing is actually a villain." Conroy added. "And it's a fun, crazy villain. It's on another show, so I'm not allowed to tell you who it is. But it's a fun character. I love doing it."

As of this past week, Conroy has officially been voicing Batman for 25 years. Since debuting in Batman: The Animated Series, Conroy has reprised his role for other DC Animated Universe projects like Justice League, Justice League Unlimited, and Batman Beyond, as well as several of the DC Universe Original Movies, and for Rocksteady Games' Batman Arkham trilogy. In Batman and Harley Quinn, he reunites with Batman: The Animated Series Robin/Nightwing actor Loren Lester.

Conroy is currently appearing at this weekend's Wizard World Nashville. His latest work, Batman and Harley Quinn, is out on Blu-ray, DVD, and digital now.
