The NBA Finals are underway, but Marvel fans have another reason to turn into the games. Thanks to Marvel Studios, the basketball finals have been inundated with new Spider-Man: Homecoming TV spots. Now, a new clip has dropped which plays off a prior TV spot featuring Stan Lee. However, this one is just a tad different; This time, the footage guest-stars DJ Khaled.

The new footage, which can be seen above, see Spider-Man as he enters a convenience store. Tony Stark calls his junior, asking where he is and what is taking him so long.

"Where are the snacks," Tony stresses. Peter quickly says he is getting them right then, and he picks up some aptly named saltine crackers. Happy Hogan did tell the teenager to get nothing fancy, so the hero just took the driver at the literal level. Spider-Man then gets into line and asks to skip ahead of the person in front of him.

Yeah, but the joke is on Spider-Man. The man standing before him is none other than DJ Khaled, and the two men fanboy over one another when they meet.

"Whoa, you're Spider-Man. What are you doing here?" the DJ asks. When the two realize they are both going to Stark's party, they share a quick glance, but their bromance is cut short when two girls ask for photos. The two ladies want to get selfies with Spider-Man, and DJ Khaled says this is "definitely a first."

After a few photos are snapped, Peter decides he has had enough; He needs to get to the game. Pushing some money towards the store's cashier, Spider-Man runs out and webs up high, telling the older man to keep the change.

Poor, DJ Khaled. He never stood a chance.

Fans already knew that DJ Khaled was attached to Spider-Man in some form or fashion. The popular musician took to Snapchat earlier this year to tease his top-secret movie cameo. The DJ's story quickly went viral as fans tried to figure out why he and Stan Lee were spotted filming with Tom Holland. Now, it seems like fans have solved the puzzle; It's all thanks to basketball!
