Henry Cavill announced on his official instagram that he's starting training to play Superman in Justice League today. The actor will next be seen in the role in Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice in March 2016, but apparently took some downtime from the rigorous training regiment to play the Man of Steel.

The image he posted along with the training announcement is a "goal" picture for him, featuring an earlier time when he was at his self-proclaimed best.

Justice League will unite Batman, Superman, Wonder Woman, Aquaman, Green Lantern, The Flash, and Cyborg together for a two-part on screen adventure. Part One is scheduled for November 17, 2017, with Part Two hitting screens June 14, 2019, after solo movies for The Flash, Aquaman, and Shazam debut.
