John Boyega Flips Out (Almost Literally) Over Star Wars: The Force Awakens Trailer

We all fell a little bit in love seeing Daisy Ridley going from a gentle smile to wiping away tears in her reaction video for the new Star Wars: The Force Awakens trailer. It was a beautiful, small, contained moment that reflected that of many fans.

But some people had a bit more... extreme... of a reaction, and her co-star John Boyega, who plays Finn, the stormtrooper who winds up wielding Anakin and Luke Skywalker's blue lightsaber, is definitely in the latter group.

It's another true and genuine reaction. Think about it for a moment, what it would be like to see yourself on screen with full special effects lighting up a lightsaber with a beast of a man with a three-bladed blazing red lightsaber charging at you. Yeah, I'd probably flip over the couch, too.

Star Wars: The Force Awakens hits theaters December 18, 2015. Tickets are now on sale for opening weekend.
