Pixar has created a lush and gorgeous world in their latest film, and the newest trailer for Coco shows that off in spades.

As Pixar has shown time and time again though, stunning visuals aren't what make their movies memorable. That falls to the personable and oddball characters that populate their worlds, and Coco has no shortage of lovely people to meet.

Miguel and Dante are in for quite the adventure, and you can get a taste of what's to come in the brand new trailer, which can be viewed in the video above.

It's hard not to be mesmerized by the two distinct worlds Miguel and Dante find themselves in, something that was a big focus of Coco's director Lee Unkrich.

"These parallel worlds couldn't be more different," Unkrich said. "One is the Rivera family's charming and hardworking hometown of Santa Cecilia, and the other is the vibrant, rich land where loved ones go when they've passed. 'Coco' introduces characters from both worlds on the eve of Día de los Muertos—one extraordinary night when a living boy named Miguel gets a glimpse of the other side."

Those worlds are brought to life by a talented cast that includes Benjamin Bratt (Ernesto de la Cruz), Gael Garcia Bernal (Hector), Ana Ofelia Murguia (Mama Coco), Renee Victor (Abuelita), Jaimie Camil (Papa), Sofia Espinosa (Mama), Edward James Olmos (Chicharron), and Selene Luna (Tia Rosita) among others, including the young Miguel, who is voiced by Anthony Gonzalez.

Co-director Adrian Molina believes fans will all find someone they love amongst the unique cast of characters, thanks to talents of their assembled cast.

"Our voice cast is incredibly talented, helping to shape our eclectic group of characters," Molina said. "Each actor has told us they find something relatable in this film, so they're finding it easy to capture the heart of this story—it's all about family, so we hope that these characters will resonate with everyone."

Coco currently has a 2.55 out of 5 on ComicBook.com's anticipation rankings, and you can submit your vote for the project here. To find out more about the origins of the project, check out our full interview with the studio.

Coco hits theaters on November 22, 2017.
