NFL Player To Wear Star Wars Cleats On Saturday Night Football
12/26/2015 04:20 pm EST
Ricky Jean-Francois, defensive end for Washington, hopes to be a Force to be reckoned with during tonight's Washington/Philadelphia NFL game.
Ignoring the fine he'll receive for customizing his cleats, Jean-Francois will wear cleats with Darth Vader and Kylo Ren on them when his team plays the Eagles tonight.
Seems like as good a way to latch onto Star Wars: The Force Awakens fever as any, we suppose.
You can check them out below, via Jean-Francois's Twitter and that of customizer David E. Zambrano.
...The fact that he chose to rep the Dark Side? Well, we'll just let you draw your own conclusions, there.
