Rebecca Ferguson No Longer In The Running For Gambit's Belladonna

Mission: Impossible – Rogue Nation star Rebecca Ferguson is no longer in the running for the role of Belladonna in the Gambit solo.
Ferguson has signed on to co-star in the film The Girl on the Train, removing her for contention to play Gambit's wife (or ex-wife, depending on where in Gambit's history the film takes place).
Ferguson was said to be on the shortlist for the role, alongside SPECTRE's Lea Seydoux and Mad Max: Fury Road's Abbey Lee. Seems the list is getting shorter all the time.
Check out when Gambit and other movies are coming out in ComicBook.com's Movie Release Schedule.
