Star Wars: The Force Awakens Is Certified Fresh On Rotten Tomatoes With 97% Positive Reviews

If you're the type that needs mathematical justification from a faceless aggregator to justify seeing a movie you've been waiting three decades for, and likely purchased tickets for weeks ago, then you'll be happy to know that Star Wars: The Force Awakens has been certified fresh by Rotten Tomatoes.

The film is currently sporting a 97% positive rating, with a glowing "critical consensus:"

Packed with action and populated by both familiar faces and fresh blood, The Force Awakens successfully recalls the series' former glory while injecting it with renewed energy.
