Exclusive First Look: LOST Funko Pop! Figures

Ahead of their February 2017 release, ComicBook.com has the first look at the highly anticipated LOST line of Funko Pop! figures.

Six years after going off the air, Funko is finally releasing the often begged for line of figutes showcasing survivors of Oceanic Flight 815 and the original inhabitants of the island on which they crashed. Featured in the line are Terry O'Quinn's John Locke, Mark Pelligrino's Jacob, Titus Welliver's Man in Black, Matthew Fox's Jack Shephard, Evangeline Lilly's Kate Austen, and Josh Holloway's James "Sawyer" Ford.

The set is not a bobble head line. Each character stands firmly -- some having bigger feet than others, keeping their balance respectively. Jack, Kate, Locke, and Sawyer each feature looks from the show's first season, while Jacob and the Man in Black were only seen in the show's sixth and final season. The line also includes Hugo "Hurley" Reyes but the figure is currently unavailable -- so is not included in our unboxing/review.

Jack feature his no sleeves, backpack look. Kate is carrying her handcuffs which were worn on the flight. Sawyer is reading a book which references Of Mice And Men. Locke is ready for a hunt. Jacob has his wine. The Man in Black is up to no good. Each character represents a symbolic characteristic which they are well known for on the ABC series.

In a recent interview with ComicBook.com, LOST's executive producer Carlton Cuse said he believes LOST will return in one form or another, though he does not have any particular interest in revisiting the island or its characters again.

"I do believe at some future point, someone else will do something in the LOST world and that's okay," Cuse said. "There probably are some young wonderful writers out there. Maybe Damion Chizell would like to do a musical in the world of LOST, I don't know. He's free to do it."

LOST ran for six years on ABC, telling the story of survivors of a bizarre plane crash in the south pacific ocean. Its novelistic style of story telling paved the way for several popular dramas airing across cable today.
