Former 'Voice' Contestant Meghan Linsey Bit by Poisonous Spider

Former Voice contestant and country singer Meghan Linsey shared a terrifying story with her fans a couple days ago.
She revealed that a brown recluse spider bit her face, right under her eye. Linsey posted a photo on Instagram of the wound and the spider.
The singer said on Feb. 12, she was sleeping when the spider bit her and was able to kill it. "This scenario is literally on the top of my nightmare list," she wrote. "The stinging was awful and I knew it had to be poisonous. I put the spider in a bag and headed to urgent care."
The brown recluse spider is one of the two most poisonous spiders in the U.S.
Meghan is still recovering from the incident and finished her third hyperbaric chamber treatment. She said, the doctors "say it has to get worse before it gets better."
