The Rock's Ballers Renewed For A Third Season

Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson is staying in the game for another season of Ballers.

The half hour HBO comedy series centering around Johnson's Spencer Strassmore, a retired NFL player turned money manager, has been renewed for a third season just two episodes into its second. Johnson stars alongside Rob Cordry, John David Washington, Omar Benson Miller, Dule Hill, Jazmyn Simon and Troy Garity.

"Congratulations to our hard working cast, crew, producers and our show's creator Stephen Levinson," Johnson writes on Instagram. "Thank you to our home network HBO (Plepler, Bloys & brilliant team) for the commitment & long term vision of our show."

"To all our Baller fans out there - THANK YOU!" Johnson continues. "Millions of you tune in every week to join us on this crazy journey of chasin' greatness and dealin' with life's pain... and the greatest compliment we always hear from you is that we're real and authentic. Means the world considering how close this character is to my bones."

Ballers airs Sundays at 9 PM ET on HBO.
