'Star Wars: The Last Jedi' Reveals New Evil Droid BB-9E

A new product line for Star Wars: The Last Jedi revealed ahead of "Force Friday II" gives fans a first look at a new evil droid named BB-9E!

In addition to BB-9E, many other new Star Wars: The Last Jedi products have revealed more details about the upcoming Episode VIII. You can check out those photos in the Star Wars: The Last Jedi toy line gallery above.

As you can see, BB-9E looks like a First Order version of Star Wars: The Force Awakens' heroic droid character, BB-8. Hopefully we'll get to see a scene of the two roller droids going at it! There's been a tradition of the villains of the Star Wars universe having their own droid counterparts to heroes like R2-D2, and after the merchandising success of BB-8, BB-9E is sure to move quite a few units. After all: any true fan has to complete the set, right? Given that, keep an eye on the BB Resistance droid as well!

Star Wars: The Last Jedi will be in theaters on December 15th.
