Star Wars Daisy Ridley Cast In Holocaust Drama The Lost Wife

Breakout star of Star Wars: The Force Awakens, Daisy Ridley, has signed on to a new dramatic film, titled The Lost Wife.
The Lost Wife, a holocaust drama, doesn't have a director in place yet, but is written by Marc Klein. Michelle Chydzik (The Wedding Date), Jeff Waxman (John Wick: Chapter Two) and Robbie Brenner (Dallas Buyers Club) are on board to produce the film.
The new film will follow Ridley as she plays a yougn Jewish woman who is separated from her husband when the Germans invade Prague. After using her talents to survive, she'll be miraculously reunited with her husband in America.
Ridley is current filming Star Wars: Episode VIII.
