WARNING: MAJOR SPOILERS AHEAD FOR THE WALKING DEAD'S SEVENTH SEASON FINALE!

While Sasha may be gone, and fans are still reeling from the loss, The Walking Dead definitely ended its seventh season on a high note. The communities have rallied against the Saviors, Rick managed to win the first real battle, and war is coming in season eight.

Aside from the fact that war is upon us, not much is known about next fall's upcoming season. There is sure to be plenty of action, but no one can really predict anything beyond that.

Luckily, we were all just given a little hint.

On Talking Dead, Chris Hardwick asked Scott Gimple what he could tell everyone about season eight. While he didn't reveal any specific plot details, the showrunner did have an exciting opinion about the new episodes.

"I say, 'It's gonna be bigger, it's gonna be more intense.' I always mean that, but this year it's the same thing. More intense." He continued, "The first four episodes will melt people's minds and break their televisions. "

So, get ready to shell out some money for a new TV in the fall. According to Scott Gimple, The Walking Dead is about to take things up another notch.
