Ash V. The Evil Dead hasn't premiered yet, but series star Bruce Campbell is keeping the chainsaw warm for future Evil Dead installments.

Speaking at today's Television Critics Association press tour, Campbell said that by breaking the seal on Evil Dead's extended hibernation with the Starz series, more feature films and possible seasons are as inevitable as Deadites.

"This series will force us to make more movies," Campbell told reporters, before joking, "That's only 10 hours of programming, we need 8 more movies. Making a fourth movie would work…No matter what we give them it will never be enough."

In the Evil Dead revival, Ash Vs. The Evil Dead finds Campbell's Ash character forced back into action after years of secluded inactivity. But Ash won't fight the darkness alone, as he's joined by Lucy Lawless in a co-starring role.

After spending time working with Lawless, Campbell revealed that he's equally ready for more seasons of Ash Vs. Th Evil Dead, saying "Now seasons two through five will be much easier because we all know each other." Series provider STARZ has yet to announce a second season yet, but if the show is as magical as Campbell claims, it just might happen.

Ash Vs. The Evil Dead premieres October 31 on Starz.
