EXCLUSIVE: Marvel Comics' Star Wars: Shattered Empire #4 Cover Reveal

Star Wars: Shattered Empire, the first post-Return of the Jedi comic book in the new Star Wars canon, reaches its conclusion nearly as quickly as it started, with both the third and fourth issues hitting in October 2015. The adventure from Greg Rucka and Marco Checchetto follows the cast of the original trilogy plus some newcomers who may have major ties to the new cast of Star Wars: The Force Awakens, as they work to fight the remnants of the Imperial forces and forge a New Republic.

We have an exclusive look at the main cover for the fourth issue of the series, featuring Luke Skywalker and Lt. Shara Bey, who we suspect is actually the mother of one of the main characters in The Force Awakens (click for the possible spoiler). With a squad of stormtroopers and multiple walkers in the background of the shot, it looks like the Empire isn't quite as dead and gone as they'd hoped.
