Star Wars Redesigned By Square Enix

Square Enix's Play Arts Variants line is known for reimagining icons of pop culture with the company's unique sense of style and character design. While they've handled Batman and Iron Man in the past, the company has most recently turned their attention to the Star Wars universe.

We already knew they were releasing a redesigned version of Darth Vader, but two new figures have also been revealed via Japanese publications Famitsu and Figsoku: a Storm Trooper and Boba Fett.

The designs for these Star Wars characters are not nearly as drastically changed as, say, Tetsuya Nomura's Batman and Catwoman, but they certainly carry Square Enix's distinct sense of style.
