Stephen Amell Teases Arrow Will Be Changing Suits

Even though Arrow star Stephen Amell had been saying all throughout the hiatus and early part of Season Three that this year would see a new costume for his character, most fans assumed that he was talking about the modifications made to it by Team Flash during the The Flash/Arrow crossover episodes.

Maybe not.

During his panel at Dallas Comic Con's Fan Days this weekend, Amell was asked about the issue and his answer indicated we're in for more modifications.

"The short answer is not only are there going to be suit changes, but I'm going to be changing suits," Amell joked when asked whether there would be "any suit changes" by the end of the third season.

You can see the video below, and this answer at the 16:00 mark.

Of course, he added a kind of jokey comment about his answers at the end, so it's always distinctly possible that he was making a joke about one of Oliver Queen's business suits or something. It seems unlikely, though, especially since he didn't follow up with anything further.

There's also the possibility that his next costume change could come with a name change; many fans have wondered whether "Green Arrow" could be coming sooner than later, given the recent reference to Arsenal as "Red Arrow" by members of the Starling City press.

Arrow airs Wednesday nights at 8 p.m. ET/PT on The CW.
