Warning! Spoilers for Dragon Ball Super's 104th episode lie below!

If you thought Dragon Ball Super's on-going arc wouldn't make good on its destructive promises, think again. The anime has already seen one of its universes get destroyed in the Tournament of Power, and another will soon face that very same face.

A new set of Dragon Ball Super synopses dropped in Japan recently, and translators like Todd Blankenship have been quick to get them out to English-speaking fans. You can read part of the synopsis for "A Faster-Than-Light Battle Begins! Goku And Hit's Joint Front!!" below:

"Thanks to the efforts of Universe 7's Son Gohan, Universe 10's warriors are wiped out. Universe 10 is annihilated."

So, there you have it; Gohan takes after his father Goku in more ways that one!

The loss of Universe 10 will mark the second universe to be annihilated after their Tournament loss. It was only a few weeks ago that Universe 9 became the first group to have its existence snuffed out by Zen-Oh. Goku and Vegeta teamed up to take out the deadly Trio de Dangers, and the wolf brothers didn't stand a chance against the paired Super Saiyans.

With two universes down, there are still six more rearing to fight in the Tournament of Power. Currently, the stats are leaning in favor of Universe 6; Their team has yet to lose a single warrior while Universe 7 has lost one with Krillin. Universe 11 has lost six of its warriors, but they have Toppo and Jiren waiting in the wings. The squad may be down a few members, but Universe 11 is not one to write off just yet.

The synopsis of Dragon Ball Super's current saga can be read here: "According to an invitation that Goku gets, Zen-Oh (Omni King) is starting a martial arts tournament between all the universes called "Chikara no Taikai" (Tournament of Power). But it is the beginning of universal destruction. Something awaits the winners and losers of this tournament. What will become of this fierce team battle between each universe's elite warriors?

Dragon Ball Super's "Universal Survival" saga is part of the recent simulcast agreement that sites like Crunchyroll and Funimation have scored. Dragon Ball Super airs on Crunchyroll Saturdays at 7:15 p.m. CST. Toonami airs the English dub on Adult Swim Saturdays at 11:30 p.m.
