There are those who create painstakingly convincing theories to retcon series finales which left them underwhelmed. But, on the other hand, there are plenty more viewers who connect mind-blowing theories that will leave you wanting to believe.

Hiashi Hyuuga Orchestrated The Series To Ensure Hinata Married Naruto

There is no denying that this fan theory was created as a crack joke, but the evidence compiled by this anime enthusiast is no joke. According to one sect of Naruto fans, the head of the Hyuuga Clan carefully orchestrated the entire Naruto timeline to ensure his eldest daughter would marry Naruto. From the moment Hiashi learned of the Fourth Hokage's impending child, fans have theorized that the ninja made sure no one got in Hinata's way in marrying Naruto. Neon Genesis Evangelion Rebuilds Were Sequels Instead Of Remakes

After Neon Genesis Evangelion aired, the folks at Studio Khara gave the series a reboot with Rebuild of Evangelion. Hideaki Anno is the man overseeing the project, but many fans are convinced the new films are not straight remakes but rather sequels. You can brush up on the time-twisting theory here.

Kyon Is The Real God Of Haruhi Suzumiya

The main storyline of Haruhi Suzumiya may appear to revolve around the titular heroine, but many think the anime is a front for her co-lead Kyon. The cynical high school student goes along with Haruhi as their school club begins to investigate the supernatural. However, many feel as if the entire show gets its gumption for Kyon. Fans postulate that the boy is actually god and has the power to warp reality to prolong his summer vacation.

Ash Never Ages Because He’s In A Coma

Over the years, fans have wondered if Ash Ketchum was ever going to grow up. The Pokemon trainer and hopeful master has been 13 years old for awhile now, and some fans think he will never age up. One theory speculates the entire Pokemon franchise has been a fever dream created by Ash as he lies in a coma after being electrocuted by Pikachu. However, there are other theories out there with more pleasing backgrounds; For instance, some think Ash will be 13 years old forever because he saw a Ho-Ho on his first day of journeying. The ancient Pokemon is said to grant eternal happiness to whomever see it, and Ash looked pretty happy right then.
