Yu-Gi-Oh! Will Celebrate 20th Anniversary With Special Fan Cafes

If you're a fan of Yu-Gi-Oh! and have a passport handy, then you might want to look into getting tickets to Japan. Later this month, the iconic anime franchise will be celebrating its 20th anniversary by opening up a slew of fan cafes, and the menu looks like its one to duel over.

Having partnered with Animate, Yu-Gi-Oh! has revealed the menu of its upcoming fan cages, and the entries looking undeniably delicious. The various restaurants will be filled with special cakes, drinks, and more. So, if you have plans to be in Ikebukuro, Tennoji, Sendai, or Okayama next month, you might want to get your travel plans set.
Appropriately enough, the cafes will all serve a speciality drinks called Blue-Eyes Mountain Coffee to honor the anime's beloved Duel Monster. The drink will come with a complimentary blueberry tart and a Jack Atlas medallion. Also, the receipt will be edible, so fans can look forward to eating away at that.
Other dishes will be served at the cafes like a 20th Anniversary pasta featuring seafood spaghetti. Fans will also be able to sample a Kite and Hart's Bond Hearland Parfait, Jouncohi Fire! Lava Golem-style Mabo Tofu Rice, and plenty of fruity drinks. The menu will be change on March 2nd, so get your tastebuds to these first treats while you still can.
Of course, the locations will also be seeing limited-edition goodies from the Yu-Gi-Oh! franchise. Tapestries, buttons, LED stands, key rings, and notepads will all be sold at the various cafe locations.
