Bungie Says They Are Ready To Look "Beyond Destiny" In New Interview

"We're starting in a small way to look at what's beyond Destiny. Every time you do a new thing to surprise and delight people you risk being ignored. You could make your hand very tired writing down all the risks going into a new game project, but unless you're taking risks then you're not going to do something people care about."
Destiny isn't their only claim to fame; Bungie has headed quite a few titles over the years including Oni, the Halo franchise, and even Operation Desert Storm back in the early 90s. They are no stranger to stringing together games and giving players something to look forward to. The sky is the limit for what Bungie can accomplish.
With the rise in technology such as VR and refined definition, Bungie has more now open to them than ever before. Could they be looking to add yet another shooter to their namesake, or perhaps venture out into unknown territory to try something new? Something unexpected? Only time will tell. Until then, the journey in Destiny 2 is far from over with tons of new content on the way for Guardians to dive into.
