The Nintendo Switch is getting four new games from publisher Nicalis, who has given us the incredible Cave Story + and Binding of Isaac Afterbirth. All four of the following games can be found with Amazon listings, and apparently all four of them will have physical versions. Nicalis, by the way, has delivered incredible physical editions of its games for the Switch, with full-color manuals and typically a few extra goodies thrown in.

So what are the new games? We're looking at The End Is Nigh, Ittle Dew 2, Tiny Barbarian DX, and Blade Strangers. We've seen a bit of Blade Strangers already, but if you've been unplugged from the indie scene then you may not have heard of these other guys. Luckily, Amazon has product descriptions for all of them. Check it out:

The End Is Nigh

"The end is nigh is a sprawling adventure platformer where the player takes control over ash, One of few 'things' that have 'survived' the 'end of the world.' Follow ash as he flops his way through a future of Pain and suffering. Feel his stress levels Rise as you throw him into an endless swarm of decaying, mutant animal-like creatures and help Aid his final epic quest...to simply make a friend (out of pieces of people he finds along his journey)."

Ittle Dew 2

"Ittle Dew 2 is a charming and humorous 3D Action Adventure game with a focus on exploration and combat. Tackle the game's dungeons in any order and discover the many secrets of its expansive overworld. With only four main weapons, combat and puzzling is streamlined, yet upgradeable inventory items add RPG-like character progression!"

Tiny Barbarian DX

"Inspired by heroic fantasy fiction, Tiny Barbarian DX is the action-packed adventure of one Barbarian's quest for vengeance. Can you cleave your enemies' skulls, plunder all the booty and rescue the barbarienne of your dreams?"

Blade Strangers

"Developed by Studio Saizensen, Blade Strangers is a hardcore old-school fighting game. The streamlined four button control scheme makes it easy for beginners to deal out damage from day one...but the intricate combos, counters and specials give tournament-caliber players plenty of opportunities for frame counting, chain construction and hit-box science."

All of these games have placeholder release dates next to them, so we're likely still going to have to wait for an official press release or announcement from Nicalis. In the past, however, Nicalis has been pretty notorious about leaking Nintendo Switch projects and details, so we're going to assume that these Amazon listings are legitimate.

Stay tuned!
