Nintendo Switch Bursting with New eShop Games, See Them All

The Nintendo Switch is going to be very, very good to us this weekend. There are a bunch of great new games to peruse and play on the Switch eShop this week, and a few of them are going to put retro game lovers on cloud nine. Leading the charge this week is Retro City Rampage DX, a gritty, "open-world," pixelated action game that will leave you panting. You can watch the trailer for that one above.
"The Retro City Rampage game reimagines the open-world crime genre of the '80s. Rampage the city, steal cars or play over 60 Story Mode missions. This remastered pop culture sendup features a full Story Mode of open-world missions, along with Arcade Challenges for quick pick-up-and-play action. Explore the city by foot or by car, and discover minigames, customizations, collectibles and special guest stars."
Also new this week is Slime-san, a widely acclaimed platformer that will have you grinning with delight and squeezing your controller with rage. We're getting some serious Super Meat Boy vibes from this one, but don't write this off as a clone.
"Slime-san was minding his own business, sliming around in a peaceful forest when suddenly…A giant worm appeared and gobbled him up! Now deep within the worm's belly, Slime-san has to face a decision: Be digested by the incoming wall of stomach acid... Or jump, slide and slime his way through the worms intestines and back out its mouth!"
