Exclusive First Look: Cable #1 Brings Time Travel To The X-Men's ResurrXion

Marvel Comics has provided ComicBook.com with an exclusive first look at Cable #1, the first issue of the new series from writer James Robinson and artist Carlos Pacheco that will launch as part of ResurrXion.

The new Cable series takes time-traveling away from his Uncanny Avengers Unity Squad teammates and sends him on a mission to protect the timestream itself. The new Cable series will see Cable visiting a variety of eras, from pre-history to the old west, and back to the modern era.

Cable has an entire future history of experience dealing with time travel, so if any mutant is up to the job of defending Marvel's timeline, it's him.
