Daniel Radcliffe Might Dress Up as Chewbacca for Star Wars: The Force Awakens

Daniel Radcliffe told Conan O'Brien he's a "late convert" but a "massive Star Wars fan." That means he wants to go to a midnight screening of Star Wars: The Force Awakens, but he's a bit concerned about being recognized by fans and being a distraction. So naturally, that means it's time to choose a costume
"I was thinking about going as a Wookiee, because there's good coverage there," Radcliffe said. He didn't want to give his final possibility, because he doesn't want fans to know ahead of time and be "tearing costumes off random strangers!" he said with a laugh. Conan suggested, meanwhile, that he hide in plain sight, and dress as Harry Potter, saying people would just tell him "it's a terrible costume!"
Unfortunately for Dan, we have some bad news for him: he's not going to be able to wear a full-coverage mask on his face, so he better start looking into something else. Theaters in North America and many around the globe have banned full masks and Star Wars weaponry from the showings under security concerns. Cinemark has even banned lightsabers and face paint, neither of which are explicitly banned from AMC theaters.
